Delivery Services Available

All items are shipped from stock. While we endeavour to despatch all orders quickly, we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Also, please note that larger, heavier orders take much longer to process.

All delivery charges listed are for deliveries to the UK and main land only. For delivery charges to any other location, please Email us, giving details of destination, order items and quantities (so that we can determine shipment weight). Alternativery, you may arrange your own collection from postal area S62 - ROTHERHAM, South Yorkshire (From M1 South - Junction 33 and from M1 North - Junction 35).

Delivery of Long (over 3m) Items / Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes
Ordinarily long tubes and pipes are cut in to two to facilitate delivery by standard courier services. However, if you would like the items to be delivered as un-cut single lengths of 5.7m for seamless and 6.1m for welded pipes, then let us know and we can make special arrangements for their delivery. Use the contact us form to send us your enquiry, with the details listed below. Please note we need to know ALL items and Quantities you wish to order to determine your total order weight.

Standard Delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:
All security checks have been completed.
All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
Delivery is to a UK mainland address.

If you require anything urgent, you must contact us BEFORE ordering.

Every effort is made to ensure that all dispatched orders are delivered between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Standard Delivery Options & Prices:
Charge for standard, anytime delivery, for orders weighing upto 20kg is £15.00. We also offer an Pre-10am service which is charged at (for orders weighing upto 20kg) £25.00. Additional weight is charged at £0.35 per Kg.

Pre-Arranged	Select this delivery option to set the delivery charge to zero. You can then enter the exact delivery charge using product code PADEL (enter PADEL in search box) and enter the quantity as the delivery charge.

Collection Service.
Customers wishing to arrange their own collection may do so from our warehouses located in the postal code area, S62 in South Yorkshire for which there is no administration charge. To collect ordered items, customers must produce a copy of the order collection note, emailed once the order has been processed. Please note that orders with multiple different items may be stored in different warehouses - all are within 2 miles of each other.

Please note all prices listed are exclusive of VAT.

* Items unable to be shipped in a small bag due to size, will be shipped using the standard delivery option, which is chargable. Due to limitations of our system this won't be able to be determined till time of packing.

Pipe.
Please note that ALL pipe is middled (cut into 2 pieces) by default to enable easier shipping, if you require full lengths, you need to contact us beforehand or immediately after placing on your order on 01709 371 441.
If you place an order for pipe, the shipping charge may be higher than priced when at the checkout. If this is the case we will contact you before your order is shipped. If you require a cost of shipping before placing an order, please email us detailing ALL items you wish to order, including the Quick Find Code and Quantities.
